Assignment of priority is done twice for "Preference Subjects" and subjects with limited numbers of students.
V. "Preference Subjects" include: five choices for General Education , five choices (excluding the freshmen) for Physical Education and three choices for College Chinese.
. (The numbers preceding each subjects represent your preferences; the smaller the number, the more desirable the subject, i.e., number 1 means the most desirable)
VI. Priority in selecting subjects appearing with "priority to XX " (for example, "priority to Department of Foreign Languages and Literature" or "priority to Graduate Students") will be reserved for those who are given priority at this step only; priority will be eliminated at the secondary course selection.

VII. The result for initial course selection will be available for students online on Jun.18、Jun.27,2008. Click the "Inquiry Log On & Course Selection" button, and then choose "Online Course Selection Result" to find out your selection result.

Other items

I. Changes in class times must be submitted within a week after the semester begins. Nevertheless, no changes will be accepted for undergraduate required courses.

Once the semester begins, class times are fixed. Under certain circumstances, change notices can be submitted within a week after the semester begins. No changes for undergraduate required courses will be accepted. All course changes will be announced online.
II. Course Credit Regulations on Undergraduate Programs
Rule Number Fifteen of the school's Academic Regulations states that students must not take less than 16 credit hours of courses each semester for the first three school years of their study; nor can they take more than 25 credit hours.
