Application for Waiving Freshman English and Advanced English

符合下列任一條件者，得免修英文一、二及進階英文： Students having the following qualifications or proofs are not required to take "Freshman English" and "Advanced English" .
請勾選並提出證明文件 (Please select one and attach the proof )
□	通過全民英文能力分級檢定中高級初複試 Proof of the General English Proficiency Test (GEPT) at the High-Intermediate level both in preliminary test and final test
□	托福考試成績550分、電腦化托福成績213分、新網路化托福成績79分（含）以上 Proof of the Test of English as Foreign Language (TOEFL) with a minimum score of 550 points 、 CBT Computer-Based Testing with a minimum score of 213 points or new Internet_based TOEFL with a minimum score of 79 points
□	國際英語測試（IELTS）6級（含）以上 - Proof of the International English Language Testing System (IELTS), Level 6 and above
□	外語能力測試（FLPT）之英語測驗筆試各分項成績70分（含）以上 - Proof of the Foreign Language Proficiency Test (FLPT) in English, written test with a minimum score of 70 points
□	外國學生、僑生、保送生、駐外人員子女，經持相關英文程度證明至外語系申請，個案審理通過者 - Foreign students, overseas Chinese, talented students and the children of overseas governmental officials shall present proof of English proficiency for the Department of Foreign Languages and Literature to evaluate and process.
注意：因畢業總學分數不變，所以需自行選修8學分（任何課程均可），來補足畢業總學分數之要求。 Students who pass the application should take another 8 credits (including Foreign Language dept.) to fulfill the general credits required.

此表填妥後，備妥證明文件，送交語言中心(地點:人文社會學院)

This form should be sent to the Registration Office after being signed by the chairperson of Language Center.
