Tsing Hua International Student Scholarship (Tsing Hua ISS) is guaranteed to be awarded to graduate students for the first year study in the National Tsing Hua University. First year Ph. D students can get scholarships worth $20,000NT/per month for one year. First year students in pursuit of their master degrees can get scholarships worth $10,000NT/per month for one year.
