The scholarship is provided by International Cooperation and Development Fund, grants full scholarships to applicants coming from nations maintaining either diplomatic or peaceful ties with Taiwan. Applicants for TaiwanICDF Scholarship must be NTHU students who are in their 1st year of study attending either International MBA in Technology Management (IMBA) or International Master Program in Information Systems and Applications (IMPISA).
