Please follow the procedures and rules of the Registration Guidelines for completing registration. Important Dates:

1. Please log onto the Campus Information System to complete Enrollment before August 21.
2. Course selection system will open three times:

a. from August 22 to 29

b. from September 02 to 06

c. from September 09 to 26 (Add and Drop)

Selection Time: from 12:00 noon to 9:00 the following morning during those periods

3. Please pay your tuition fee from August 25 to September 13. The credit fee bill for the graduate students should be paid later  from October 07 to19.
4. You can move in the dorm from the following date:

• Graduate students: September 01
• Undergraduate students: September 04

5. Orientation: September 6, 13:00pm-17:00pm, R203 of Administration Building.
6. Graduate Students Laboratory Safety Training: September 7, 13:30pm~16:00pm, R203 of Administration Building.
7. On the spot Registration Day: Undergraduate students, September 7, Graduate students, September 8 in the Gymnasium.
8. Classes start from September 13, Tuesday.

Instructions to complete on-line registration Procedures "New Student Enrollment system":

• This system is available from August  09 to 21. Please refer to the Academic Information Systems to complete the required procedures. When you log in, please use the following username and password:

Username: your student ID number

Password: your date of birth( DDMMYYYY)

• The “Must-Complete” items are: Personal information, Self-Health Assessment, Performance in English Proficiency Examinations and Health Examination. All new students must complete these items.
• The items, such as Accounts Application, Tuition Bill Download, Tuition Detail List, Bank Account Key-in and Credits Exempted, can be downloaded or printed out when necessary.
