Tuition Payment Notification


  1. Open an Account of Mega Commercial Bank or Post Office

Please open an account of Mega Commercial Bank or Post Office if you do not have any of these accounts. If you have got the Alien Resident Certificate (ARC), it is also available to open an account of Mega Commercial Bank on September 11 or 12 at the Gymnasium, where you are going through the registration procedures. Those who do not hold an ARC, please open an account of any of these accounts after you have got the ARC.


  1. Log on Your Account on the Academic Information System

Please refer to the Academic Information System (https://www.ccxp.nthu.edu.tw/ccxp/INQUIRE/) to log on your account of Mega International Commercial Bank or Post Office so that we can transfer scholarship, fellowship, dormitory deposit, etc. to you, when necessary.


  1. Tuition Payments

  1. Download Tuition Bill from the Website

Please refer to the website of http://www.ccxp.nthu.edu.tw/ccxp/INQUIRE/ to download your tuition bill from August 27 to September 15, 2008. You can also get it from the Division of Cashier, if necessary.

  1. Six Ways to Pay Your Tuition Bill:

    1. By cash.

With the bill and cash, pay it at the counter of Bank of Taiwan or its branches.

    1. By ATM Transfer:

You will be charged NT$17. If you have a Bank of Taiwan ATM card, they won’t charge you. Please keep the receipt for checking after transferring.

You will be charged NT$6. If you have a Bank of Taiwan ATM card, they won’t charge you. Please refer to the following website for web transferring: http://www.bot.com.tw/BOTATM/default.htm

(P.S. Please check if your transfer date is successfully showed on the website of http://www.ccxp.nthu.edu.tw/ccxp/INQUIRE/. 3 days later.

    1. By Mega Commercial Bank Delegation:

You can download a delegation form on the website of http://www.ccxp.nthu.edu.tw/ccxp/INQUIRE/ and submit it to the counter of the Bank from August 1 to September 8. Please deposit enough amount of money to be drawn before September 15 so that the bank can draw it successfully. If not, you will be fined. For international students, you can pay in this way from the 2nd semester.

    1. By Credit card: please refer to the following website for credit card payment.

    1. By Convenience Store Transfer

      1. With the bill and cash, pay it at 7-11, Family Mart, Hi-Life or OK- Mart. They will charge you NT$6.

      2. Please keep the receipt for checking and check if your transfer date is successfully showed on the website of http://www.ccxp.nthu.edu.tw/ccxp/INQUIRE/ 5 days later.


  1. Penalty if over the payment deadline:

The tuition payment day is due on September 15. Be sure to pay for it before that. If you don’t, you have to pay at the Division of Cashier and they will fine you in accordance with the Regulations of “Over the Payment Deadline”: http://academic.nthu.edu.tw/ga/docs/rules/rules/3.doc

  1. Over Within 3 Days: over 1 day, NT$100 fined, 2 days, NT$200 and 3 days, NT$300.

  2. Over 4-7 Days: fine NT$500.

  3. Over 8-14 Days, fine NT$1000.

  4. Over 15 Days but not over 1/3 of the semester: fine NT$1500.

  5. Over 1/3 of the semester, the Division of the Registrar will notify you to process the suspension procedures. If you don’t, you will be dropped out.

  6. Please don’t pay if you apply for retention of Admission.
